I've worked for 20+ years as an Independent Midwife and Midwifery instructor, providing authentic, instinctual, and spiritual perinatal support and education across North America.

Personally, I am a mom to five bio kids and one step-child. Four of my five children were born at home with midwives, while my 3rd was a home freebirth.
Beyond birth, I've spent time in my life working and playing as a Special Education & Home School Teacher, Raw Vegan Food Nutritionist & Caterer, and Board Member to Non-Profits such as Sacred Birthing, The Matrona Foundation and The Global Leadership Network.

In 2015 I founded the 501c3 non-profit, Trimeria, with my partner Jay, broadening my offerings into the realms of mental health and trauma care.
The Appalachian Academy of Therapeutic Arts, is my current home and latest endeavor! Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, along with my partner and six children, we are working to uphold freedom and a future for generations to come.
